So great to use especially as a small business owner. Many other apps charge hundreds and are not nearly as good as UpPromote plus the customer service responds so quickly!

Mina was very helpful. Uppromote is great as i'm just getting into the affiliate space with my small brand. makes it easy to link shopify and uppromote to track affiliate commissions and sales

UpPromote's support has been quick and efficient. It's honestly very refreshing to have guidance when needed. We often get connected to Tanie, who is always very helpful with any questions I have; even if I have a lot of questions. I never feel like I'm a bother and she handles everything with an upbeat attitude!

The app is incredible. And their support service is active. Mina responds to me in 3 minutes and helped me remove the UpPromote Branding. I highly recommend this app to you if you want to spend less on ads and gain high quality traffic to your store.

I needed to set up a fairly complex multi-level affiliate system (3 levels with differentiated commissions) and I admit I was a bit lost at first. Evans was simply fantastic: patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in his explanations. He guided me step by step through the configuration, helping me understand not just the "what to do" but also the "why," which made all the difference. The UpPromote platform proved to be extremely flexible and powerful - it allows you to manage complex affiliate structures with surprising ease once you understand the logic (and with Evans' help, everything becomes clear!). I highly recommend both the platform and Evans' support. It's not often you find such competent and helpful assistance. Thanks again Evans, you've been essential!
