Support service is superb! Took me some time to get acquainted with the tool, however super easy to use. Offers most of the features I could think about. Would have liked for shopify to share profit information with UpPromote so one could do commission fees per profit.

UpPromote Affiliate Marketing is a great app and I believe it will serve my store and my affiliates well. The customer service is excellent and prompt; and Evans has given his top notch professional service with his explanations and guidance.

When I was assigned the project, I didn't even know the concept of affiliates. However, thanks to the easy-to-understand manual and quick support, I was able to build a complex system. I'd like to express my gratitude for the professional support, including Tommy.

Haven't used the app much, as I just downloaded it today. I have chatted with the support team already though, in order to remove a watermark. Selina helped me quickly and competently. Not only that, but she was also very friendly.
