I needed help getting the registration form activated so I could add to my site. Tommy was so responsive and quick to assist. He went above and beyond and double checked to ensure I was able to get it placed right. He found a few grammatical errors on my end and saved me a lot of future embarrassment. He then went on to help me improve my registration form and walked me through updating to a new theme. He was very engaging and friendly the entire time, probably close to an hour! Best customer service experience I've had through chat!

Mina from customer support helped me solve a problem quickly and efficiently! An affiliate no longer had access to their account due to switching management teams and we were able to change the email and reset the password very easily.
