I received a prompt from the chat shortly after I downloaded the app. I spoke with Mina who was extremely helpful, quick and knowledgable..she definitely knows the product well bc there was no lag time in answers. Im really pleased with the response time and customer service I received and i look forward to using this product - im less anxious about it as I know I will receive assistance when needed.

This app is easy to use, and the support I received from Mina was the cherry on top! I'm glad I found uppromote, it adds value without a big heavy lift for set up (no engineering support needed for us to set up)
