I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tanie from UpPromote Support. She delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I reached out, Tanie was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me solve my issue. She didn’t just send generic replies — she took the time to understand my specific setup, walked me through each step, and made sure I fully understood the solution before moving on. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly impressed me was her willingness to go above and beyond. She tested configurations on her end, offered alternative solutions, and helped optimize parts of my affiliate setup I hadn’t even considered. I was referred to Shopify by another person who sells a TRUE golf product that really works. Shopify is a game changer for products, like the Putting Alley, that need a bit of explanation by professional golfers who understand the value proposition. The UpPromote affiliate program works in close tandem with the Shopify website. Online UpPromote help is always available (thank you Tanie) in what seems to be a one-on-one basis. Another day, another chat. I also use ChatGPT to get questions answered; however, it's not always up to date. That's when I turn to the chat team (Mina in this case), and she answered my questions that CGPT couldn't. It's a nice teamwork play.
