We've been using this app to keep track of our affiliates, get them their payments, and create coupon codes for them as well. Any issues we've had have been helped right away by their fantastic customer service teams. Today I spoke with Mina about an issue an affiliate was having being able to enter their payment information. Mina was very helpful and quickly got me the steps to help them to access updating their payment information. Knowing the customer service team is there to help even with small issues has made this experience that much better.

The app is nice and very easy to use, and the support is great. The main issue is the marketplace, which is full of scammers. The app developers should take responsibility for cleaning it up rather than leaving merchants to deal with the problem.
