Clara was helpful in answering my noob questions: Things like if I do a manual payment, should I wait to approve a referral till after a return window (it's up to me) and the Free Version still tracks past the 200 referrals, but then you have to upgrade your plan to add any additionally. Plus, there's no performance fee on the free plan (as of 7/31/25). She was very detailed in her response, which I find helpful! Thanks again!

I had a great experience with UpPromote’s customer service. Tommy was incredibly helpful and guided me through my confusion with navigating the system. He was patient, clear in his explanations, and made sure I understood each step. Thanks to his support, I was able to get everything set up smoothly. Highly recommend!

We are very new to this app....but I do want to say that Tanie (customer support) has been SO helpful and kind. She's answered all of my questions and helped me in areas where we were stuck. She gives amazing service.

UpPromote has been incredibly helpful in setting up my affiliate program. They respond quickly and the platform is easy to use, their features are clear and well-organized, and it saves me so much time managing payouts and affiliates.

Initial impressions have been great. The app is very comprehensive and customisable. Perfect for our needs. Really looking forward to the full rollout to our affiliates. Additionally, the customer service has been outstanding. Very quick response times via the in-built chat client. Clear and through answers to all my questions. Just brilliant. Mina was super helpful in getting to a proposed solution. She kept asking me questions and we got to clarified point where we are now asking the dev team for answers. Thank you Mina
