Fantastic app at a great price. The software itself is pretty intuitive and the help docs (of which there are plenty) is very good, so getting it set up has been pretty straight forward once you understand their nomenclature. When I've reached out to support, the response (via chat) has been very quick and they've been very knowledgeable (thanks Gwen). One nice feature of this software is that you can automatically move an Affiliate from one tier (they call them programs) to another based on their referrals' sales (and other options too). It would be really great if I could auto-generate a new, unique discount code for them with upgraded benefits associated with that new higher tier as well. If not that, at least give me the ability to run a report (each week, month, quarter, whenever) that showed me which Affiliates had moved up a Tier so I could manually adjust their discount code. Bottom line - GREAT app! Just needs a small tweak to be PHENOMENAL!

The app works really well. It is obvious that they've been around for a while and the app is very polished. However, one of the main reasons I picked this app was the availability of a decent free plan and an affordable first-tier. However, this was deceiving. I was immediately forced to go to "Growth" because the free plan doesn't support paying with store coupons, which is the only way I want to pay. And I will quickly be forced to go to Professional because the Growth plan doesn't support Klaviyo. This was not obvious from the App Store page, so a little sneaky. And now I'm kind of committed, which I guess was the idea from the start.

Für mich als Onlineshop Betreiber ist das Thema komplettes Neuland und die Navigation wirkt im ersten Moment sehr überladen. Man muss sich die Zeit nehmen und alles Steps, die zum Glück vorgegeben werden, gründlich durchlesen. Man wird quasi an die Hand genommen und durch das Programm geführt. Ich stecke zwar immer noch im Lernprozess, freue mich aber jetzt schon es ausgiebig nutzen zu dürfen.

Easy, quick to set up, got it setup and working within an hour. Very good integration with Shopify, including Product Highlighting in the affiliate marketplace. Localisation Support was OK, seemed a bit clunky in use but was complete in quality.

Have only gone through the setup process, but they make it very easy step by step. Excited to move forward and really test out the software. UPDATE: Actually, since my initial setup, I have not had the best experience. Our tracking was not working correctly upon installing your software. We have reached out to support, but it has been slow and less than responsive. Not to mention, they decided to leave for the weekend without any sort of solution for us, a brand new customer. Honestly, if we weren't so busy over the course of the weekend, we probably would have installed a new software and gone with a competitor. However, we have other priorities which have popped up in the last 48 hours. It seems by default we will wait the weekend out and give the team another day or so to resolve the issue. But its been slow and not really the best customer service thus far. UPDATE NUMBER 2: Finally got a solution. After updating my review, I promptly received more attention. I did quickly research competitors, and decided to give UpPromote another chance because it was so consistently promoted and recommended. Customer service was able to find a solution that did not require me to be awake in the middle of the night to speak with them, or downloading additional apps to find a solution... the original options given to me. It took some communication, but eventually we got it straightened out. Excited to see what the platform can offer now!

Great marketing tool! I just started with the app and already have quite a few affiliates interested.

So far so good. Installing and testing as both the program manager for the store and as an affiliate myself. Easy set up! Would give 5 stars if you were not forced to sign up to the "Professional" plan at $59.99 in order to use Paypal. That is a major drawback! At least they work with Venmo.

Great services support, have no comment anymore! just try it! Pricing is afforddable suitable for the new store.

Very easy to set-up, will use moving forward and see how it performs. Adding extra characters to meet the requirement.

It a pretty good app for setting up an affiliate program. It has helped us increase our sales for sure

Easy to install but I have not used it yet. Will do another review once i have started utilising it.

So far so good. The setup is fairly intuitive and the free plan has the tools you need in order to get setup for growth. I like how its an all in one tool so far, customization was actually impressive. Only complaint is the default grammar is so very bad, I spent most of my time reviewing any outbound marketing triggers.

Great app, quick and easy to setup, the English is not perfect but can I work with it, I'm excited about what this app has to offer and help grow our business!

We're using this app and so far so good. Easy to install, lots of configuration possible. A bit expensive for our utilization however, there's no bug this far. We'd like more reports available for our customers such as sales by products and others. Great app regardless. Don't hesitate.

Great little app to get you started with affiliate marketing in your store. Not quite as fully featured as others (yet), but you can't beat the price!
