At first, I was a bit annoyed at the pop-ups asking for ratings, as I am just getting started and haven't finished setting up the app yet. As I delved further into the apps and its features, I need some clarifications and advice and was assigned to Hannah. Hannah was very patient with me and helped me with many of the questions I raised in regard to the different features. She was very insightful and had the skills to know what further questions I had but haven't actually raised yet. Thank you, Hannah, for your advice and patience and help!

very good structured affiliate app, which goes in detail. The reason why i write this is not because of the app, but of the brilliant support members. i had 2 problems, where two support members came by VERY FAST and solved the problems with me patiently! Thank you!

Nick ha sido de gran ayuda desde el primer momento. Su atención ha sido rápida, clara y muy eficaz, resolviendo cada duda que teníamos con precisión y paciencia. Se nota que conoce bien la herramienta y que realmente se preocupa por brindar un buen soporte. En cuanto a UpPromote, es una app potente y flexible para gestionar programas de afiliados. La interfaz es intuitiva, permite personalizar fácilmente las comisiones, cupones y materiales promocionales, y ofrece informes claros para hacer seguimiento. This app is by far the best one we've tried! We had a unique type of program and had low expectations that an app would fit us. However, this app proved us wrong. Their support is INSANELY GOOD! We needed some customization and contacted support, within minutes they answered and forwarded the request to the developers. Within an hour the customization was done. INSANE! We've never seen such fast support with other apps. Special thanks to Hannah from the support team. 10/10 Recommended.
