So far the app has been great and customer service has been extremely helpful. I needed help with updating something pretty simple but being new I was doing it the hardest way possible so Hanna helped me find the easier route! Then she helped me even more with things I wasn't even there to ask for help with making my page look even better! It was great.

Great app, the different ways you can configure it is endless. So many options that sometimes it can be confusing. But the support is amazing, always very quick to respond (only minutes) and they always help you though it. The affiliate side is very straight to the point simple and easy to use for them. So its a perfect balance.

It was good experience as my problem was a bit complicated. I would say Barney was very helpful to the point where he got on a Google meet call to help resolve my problem. . Nice work!

At first, I was a bit annoyed at the pop-ups asking for ratings, as I am just getting started and haven't finished setting up the app yet. As I delved further into the apps and its features, I need some clarifications and advice and was assigned to Hannah. Hannah was very patient with me and helped me with many of the questions I raised in regard to the different features. She was very insightful and had the skills to know what further questions I had but haven't actually raised yet. Thank you, Hannah, for your advice and patience and help!

It has a lot of features that can be challenging to configure but their chat function is connected to a support team that is responsive. Tanie was really helpful in quickly finding a solution to our issue.
