Customer service was helpful every time, today I spoke with support service (Tanie) and she was very informed; answered my questions and provided all the help and understanding I needed. The app offers enhanced features and services on the backend to make an enhanced experience for the affiliates on the front end.

UpPromote has made setting up our affiliate program on Shopify incredibly easy. The dashboard is user-friendly, and support is always responsive. Highly recommend for growing brand awareness and sales!

I just started using the app and it is quite easy to navigate. The customer service is outstanding! Barney helped me within a few minutes to customize the emails. a true pleasure working with him!!

We had some problems setting up the Application in out front-end, but thanks to Tommy and his team we were able to get this resolved via a screenshare that we setup quickly and easily. The issue was resolved and fixed in less than 30 minutes! They have a great technical support team! :)

Everything about using UpPromote has been so seamless so far! Especially their support team, in particular Hannah - no question is too silly or too much effort for her. I can't wait for many many years using UpPromote - I can't recommend it more :)
