UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

We have been using UpPromote for several months and it has been slowly taking off. It was pretty simple and easy to set up and the customer service has been really helpful and responsive. It definitely feels like a slow rollout but I look forward to its continued success. Thanks to Mina and the rest of the team!

I have been using UpPromote for over a year now. I've impressed with the customer service time and time again. My website set up is a bit wonky as I use a third party website and use the Shopify lite for my cart system. Whenever I have run into a problem, Evans has gone out of the way to help and has always been patient with me. I appreciate the functionality of the app and have been very pleased with my experience.

I am so impressed with the flexibility of the app customization and how responsive the support team is. They are also very friendly and get things done when they say it will be done. Every one I have worked with has done a great job. Mandy was super helpful today. I spent over an hour working on how to make a few simple changes to text on our sign up page. I finally contacted support (Mandy) and she came back to me with simple instructions that made the correction quick and easy. Should have contacted her first, it would have saved me a bunch of time and frustration.

Tanie provided outstanding support and made the entire UpPromote affiliate setup process smooth and easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very clear with her instructions — especially when helping me locate brand settings and update my logo correctly. What I appreciated most was how responsive and genuinely helpful she was. She didn’t rush me and made sure everything was working the way it should.
