As every app / platform seems to use slightly different language and location for various features, having fast, live support can save users a ton of frustration. Huge to Nick for helping to get us locked !

Mina from customer support helped me solve a problem quickly and efficiently! An affiliate no longer had access to their account due to switching management teams and we were able to change the email and reset the password very easily.
