Working with UpPromote has been a game changer for managing our affiliate program. The platform is straightforward, flexible, and packed with the features we actually need like lifetime tracking, customized discount codes, and real-time performance dashboards. I had an issue where an affiliate couldn’t bind their payment method in UpPromote, and Tommy was absolutely amazing in resolving it! He was prompt, professional, and patient throughout the process. He quickly identified the problem and guided me step by step until everything was perfectly set up. Thanks to him, the issue was solved smoothly.
