The uppromote platform is very easy to operate, has many functions and is easy to understand. The most important thing is that if you don’t understand something, you can ask their support staff directly. They will be online 24 hours a day and politely and patiently help me answer my questions. Especially Hannah, thank you for helping me. I would also like to thank all the staff who helped me. Finally, this platform is highly recommended for everyone to use, whether it is a merchant or an affiliate.

Happy with the app and support. We have been using Up Promote for more than half a year now and are happy with the growth of the affiliate's channel. We only wish we could have contacted the payment smoothly and not pay manually. Thank you Barney for the quick chat support :)

I have been using this app for about two weeks on a trial to the professional plan. So far everything is very simple and to the point. The "How to start an affiliate program" by Hogan Chua on Youtube breaking down an hour worth of gold on how to set this thing up is what made me pull the trigger over other APPS. After speaking with the UpPromote customer service a couple times, it's been great.

Chat response was fast when in need of help. I was directed to solve the problem fast easy and reassuring as Tanie made sure the task was complete, made suggestions to make my affiliate page optimal and she asked if anything else was needed even after explanation. 10/10

Very intuitive and amazing customer support, very fast response time - quick to the solution. After research I've heard UpPromote was the best recommended affiliate app for shopify.
