Just installed the app few hours ago, so far it seems good. Customer support is super active, helped me set up the entire program seemlessly. Worth giving a try!

Mina did a great job answering my questions. She understood my issue immediately and gave me the reason for it, as well as the way to fix it. No extraneous "polite" messages that delayed me getting the answer I needed. She just replied directly to my questions and gave me the specific workflow paths in UpPromote as to how to get things done. Excellent job, thank you.

I had a great experience with Lina from UpPromote Support. She was very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand the issue in detail and asked the right questions to investigate it properly. The app is great and very useful. What stands out a lot is their support. We had a problem with our links, and Mina was super helpful in coordinating the dev team, who fixed the issue even at an ungodly hour. Kudos to the whole team!
