Just signed up to the App. It seems great so far. Was a little confusing at first but I contacted the support team and Clara helped me through everything. I now understand everything and looking forward to using it!

It's too early in my experimentation to give 5 stars - I'll upgrade it later once I'm convinced that everything works perfectly.

I have just added UpPromote to our website and the super helpful Hannah, walked me through it all, with easy to understand instructions and helpful insights. I am now all up and running

We installed this app hoping it would provide the tools we needed, but the features were limited and didn’t meet our expectations. The app feels unfinished for a platform that claims to be all-in-one. Customization is minimal, reporting tools are basic, and there's poor support. Automation is limited, making management more manual than expected. It might work for beginners, but it’s not suitable for growing or global businesses. Disappointed overall and we can’t recommend this app.

I’ve just started setting up the app and so far, I can only say good things about it. The interface is straightforward, and everything is well-documented. Most importantly, the tech support is outstanding — special thanks to Nick and Mina, who reviewed my actual setup and provided tailored guidance to make sure everything was configured correctly. I highly recommend using this app!
