It's easy to set up even if you're non technical and their support team answers on chat every quickly and was able to help resolve my issue.

It's perfect ! I am really happy with their reactivity, the support is really helping and try to find quick solution. I used Shopify Collabs before and it was a pure nightmare, Thank you so much to the UpPromote team

The app provides all you need to get started with Affiliate marketing and the customer service is great. Hannah was a great help too!

hannah has been incredible with helping me figure out why my payments werent able to be sent. She sent me exact details and we got it figured out. She was wonderful with her customer service!

We're pretty new to this app, but have enjoyed it so far. It's working great as a management system for our affiliates! I contacted support, and Nick helped walk me through a couple of questions quickly, and was super helpful! If you're looking for a good platform to have all the affiliates in, and manage everything this app is perfect, and works great within shopify!

Fijn systeem om trouwe klanten en fans te belonen, na langer dan een jaar op het gratis plan, kon ik nu eindelijk doorgroeien naar het betalend plan en mijn affiliates belonen met store credit. Hannah van de support hielp me in een paar seconden op weg bij een laatste probleempje in mijn instellingen. Top!
