This app took me a little while to get set up (1 day), however, the instructions were clear and Tanie was able to guide each step of the way. Super helpful, and the fact that they have 24/7 support is great too.

We recently deleted this app after experiencing too many issues with scammers trying to claim commissions on sales that were not legitimately theirs. The most recent case involved a customer who received a 50% discount code from us as part of a product exchange. Somehow, when the sale came through using the unique, one-time-use code, it still got picked up as an affiliate sale — how this happened is unclear, but it's not our responsibility to investigate or solve. Be very cautious if you're considering this app!

Really great support. Fast and competent. Features and price is fine. All in all, I can recommend this app.

So far, my experience with the app has been fantastic! The technical support team is incredibly quick and helpful. I had a small issue setting something up, and within minutes, I had clear and friendly guidance that made everything so much easier. They even went above and beyond by giving me extra tips to optimize my setup even further. Honestly, one of the best support experiences I've ever had — highly recommend!

This has been such a frustrating experience of not being able to get someone to walk me through the various options and set it up. I've been working with marketing for many weeks now with no success and lots of frustration. But tonight, I got CLARA and we were probably on CHAT for almost 3 hours. She was wonderful, patient, and answered all my questions and got me set up finally to be able to have my 20 affiliates finally be able to work with this system. I can't thank her enough for working with me and helping me immensely. I give her a 10+

We recently added the app to our store to start a Brand Ambassador program, and I had quite a few detailed questions about how to set everything up — from commission tiers to custom rewards and discount codes. Barney was incredibly responsive and clear, answering each point quickly and making sure I understood how everything could work. He even helped me figure out how to integrate our existing sign-up page with the app. Really impressed with the level of support — it made the whole process much smoother!
