Paid for a year subscription and ended our affiliate program early. This app has plenty of bugs and the major one is that the PayPal integration is broken so all payments have to be made manually. I removed the app after 6 months and this company is refusing to even offer a partial refund. Stay away from them as their customer support is awful and the app is full of bugs. You can do the same exact thing that this app does for free with Shopify collabs.

(1) Our agent did not refuse your refund request — he simply asked for a billing screenshot in line with our policy. You are eligible for a partial refund, and we're ready to process it. (2) Regarding the PayPal integration, we found no record of it being reported to us; this kind of issue is often tied to PayPal account approval rather than the app itself, and we'd love the chance to troubleshoot it further with you. They have helped me navigate the upPromote tools I needed to set up my first affiliate marketing program which is going to help so many people save and earn money when it launches next month! Every time I had a question and needed help they responded in a timely and efficient manner with immaculate professionalism and kindness. I see why so many people give this app a 5 Star review.
