Gwen was so attentive. There team appears to be reachable all the time. They answered the questions I needed and took care of me without trying to upsale me!

I love everything about this app. It's clear and easy to use. More importantly, their support is unparalleled. I needed help getting everything set up and they were there the whole time. Amazing. Highly recommend!

I have had really great experiences with their support team. This is one of the most important part for our business aside from the functionality the app has to offer. I started off with Barney and was so impressed. Selina went above and beyond to help move things along today for us. We literally just launched our program. Selina was great. She didn't send me links to confusing sites with difficult instructions, or outdated videos to watch. She answered all of my questions in detail and with patience.
