Extremely useful tool, just had a few questions and my customer service agent, Stark, was prompt and beyond helpful. So happy I went with this service!

I have been using this app i want to say 2-3 years and just recently started back using it within the last week or so.... It is PERFECT for business owners are looking for affiliates; setup/signup is sooooo EASY and Customer Service is LITERALLY always a click away. Every Rep I have encountered has been knowledgeable with QUICK resoluton. I plan to continue with this app and soon see what the upgraded version can do for my business... DONT SECOND guess this app, even the FREE version is TOP NOTCH!

I'm not sure about the app yet, just getting it set up. But I can say Selina is the second coming and they should put her in charge of the whole company.

I installed the upPromote app to try out the free plan as I'm still in the process of setting up my store and haven't started selling yet. The app has been great for managing referral codes, and when I decided to offer discounts via referral codes, I upgraded to the Professional plan with the free trial. While customizing the affiliate registration page, I ran into some difficulties, so I reached out to their support team. Even though they promised a response within an hour, I was pleasantly surprised to receive help almost immediately. Within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved! The support was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. This app is a must-have for anyone serious about affiliate marketing on Shopify. Highly recommended!

UpPromote was very easy to set up. As a small business owner, I wear a lot of hats so it means a lot when I'm trying to learn to set something up and an organization has customer service professionals that are quick and efficient as they assist you. Barney from Customer Support assisted me with some adjustments to the CSS code, as a few values in the referral details were inaccurate. I wanted to ensure our affiliates wouldn't be confused by the information displayed. The support was prompt, the communication was clear, and I was informed that reversing the changes would be simple if needed. UpPromote did not disappoint.

It's crazy to think I even hesitated and considered other options. The customer support alone is worth every dollar, not to mention the fact that this product is completely comprehensive, no matter what you're trying to do, while still remaining simple.
