Dear Razorpay Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Razorpay Affordability Widget on my website. While the widget is simply being shown to customers, I noticed that 1% is being deducted from every transaction processed through my store. This fee wasn’t clearly disclosed when I set up the widget, and it seems misleading since the widget was advertised as "totally free" to display. There was no indication that showing the widget would incur a 1% fee on all transactions. I kindly request a refund of the 1% fee deducted from these transactions and would appreciate clearer information about this charge moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This app is not working in my store. I am chasing the team to get the help and get it activated but i am now tired after trying 6 months

NOT ABLE TO SEE THIS WIDGET ON PRODUCT PAGE FIX IT ASAP
Hey team Targaryen Treasures, I went through your Checkout and it seems you have not enabled EMI options from your Merchant Dashboard. To enable Widget - 1. Ensure you are a Widget compatible Shopify theme https://razorpay.com/docs/payments/payment-gateway/affordability/widget/shopify/#compatible-themes 2. Ensure you have enabled EMI options from Merchant Dashboard. Note: most EMI options are applicable only on INR 1,000 and above. So your product amount has to be greater than that. 3. You can also create Offers instead from Merchant Dashboard, and they will appear on Widget. If you still face any issues after these checks, please raise a ticket from Merchant Dashboard and our team will look into it. Best, Shravani Razorpay

Not working. Fix it so that we can use!

Ensure you have enabled EMI options from Merchant Dashboard. Note: most EMI options are applicable only on INR 1,000 and above. So your product amount has to be greater than that. 3. It seems your products are not that highly priced, but you can create Offers instead from Merchant Dashboard, and they will appear on Widget. They promoted as a free widget, but today I received an email stating that it would be approx. ₹1800 a month which is too high for this, will look on to move away from Razorpay and lookout for alternatives.

Nothing seems to work, the checkout isn't going live even after following the instructions given, and nothing is moving forward. The customer support is non-existent and other founders have given us the feedback that this is how they operate. Sad and shameful, we thought razorpay was a respected partner in India but can now understand why its 2.9 rated. Would not recommend installing!

Hi Team MerkClub, I took a look at your Checkout and it seems EMI options are not enabled. Please enable EMI payment options on Merchant Dahsboard by following steps here: https://razorpay.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/emi/#:~:text=Enable%20EMI%20on%20Razorpay%20Dashboard,Settings%20%E2%86%92%20Payment%20Methods%20tab. Once done, the Widget should start reflecting on your website. The Razorpay Affordability Widget helped us by displaying EMI options which helped customers view all the EMI options on the product page itself, although we have run into some issues, their product team esp. Shravani was helpful and responsive to navigate us through them!

not working
Hi Team Siloyacart, we spoke on phone several days back. We investigated the issue - the theme being used does not support integration of any apps (not just Widget). We suggest changing to the 'Dawn' theme. The Widget will appear seamlessly on your website. Please try changing your theme. If you face any challenges, do let me know. As the other reviews have stated, the button does not appear even after adding it to the product page. Update: The Razorpay team contacted me and resolved my issue and the app seems to be working fine, would recommend it.
