In terms of AfterShip itself, might not be the most reflective of your business by itself. But better compatibility with Shopify would be great, in terms of starting a premium plan, which can only be done by the store-owner. Might be a better feature to have when other employees are given admin rights, that they would also be able to start the premium trial themselves, instead of having to bother the CEO with mundane tasks such as this. In terms of Customer Support, I would like to point out the Garvita was amazing. Although I was a bit frustrated and gave her a hard time, she stayed professional and tried to help me as much as she could. Albeit, she was not able to help me further, due to Shopify being the problem apparently, she directed me in the right direction.
