We had an amazing experience in receiving support and assistance in setting up this app and ensuring it worked correctly, and the representative Chaitali Saha was extremely knowledgeable and competent in providing assistance.
Great app, their support team is very helpful and very quick!
very bad, they cant even delete the cookie bar from aftership app, and it takes days for them to delete a single thing! not happy ! definetly not worth it!

The app is really good, however to get this with Royal Mail you need the Premium and Enterprise plans. Sadly given the size of our store, this would make this Shopify add-on too costly to oconsider these plans. That said the app looks fab and has a lot of capability I am sure

Vibhanshu was very helpful in resolving an issue quickly that was causing our customers to increase open tickets by 20%. Overall aftership tracking has helped streamline our notification post purchase process.
We were facing some concern with checkout. David was way too patient and helped us navigate through the issue.
