This feature has been in place for some time on our Shopify site with no trouble. Today, giving 4 stars for the terrific customer service from their support team in resolving an admin issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Abhishek.

A little harder to navigate features that I would have expected and quite expensive for premium features but generally seems to be a good app.

In terms of AfterShip itself, might not be the most reflective of your business by itself. But better compatibility with Shopify would be great, in terms of starting a premium plan, which can only be done by the store-owner. Might be a better feature to have when other employees are given admin rights, that they would also be able to start the premium trial themselves, instead of having to bother the CEO with mundane tasks such as this. In terms of Customer Support, I would like to point out the Garvita was amazing. Although I was a bit frustrated and gave her a hard time, she stayed professional and tried to help me as much as she could. Albeit, she was not able to help me further, due to Shopify being the problem apparently, she directed me in the right direction.

So far it I like it. I am just doing the free trial. I love how everything is in one place. Wish there was more bundles for all the services to keep cost down, especially for small or new businesses. But great app overall and great support.

I received great assistance so far, my main issue is getting the order mapping to work and receive information from products. Overall I’m not sure if that is an issue with the app so I give it 4 stars but weighted on my only having used it about a week or a bit more. My review may become better or worse after more experience depending how it goes.

Saransh is truly a very professional and patient individual, an excellent English customer service expert! He answered all my questions... But the Chinese customer service in their company is absolutely terrible. There's a person named Jason Zhu, extremely arrogant and irrational. He's the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered.

Priya was helpful and very knowledgeable. Services could be further improved though if agents could be more patient and guide me through the steps bit-by-bit instead of just a walk in the park (by sending a screenshot of the 'settings' and expecting me to know where to locate it). Last but not least, I would have preferred it if Aftership's agents could offer to help us integrate everything properly instead of us trying to navigate the whole app interface and syncing everything all by ourselves. Also, as someone who values my privacy, I do not really fancy the idea of screen-sharing (video-calling) to show me how to do it, great suggestion but no thanks for me please.
