Seems to work well. Aftership website could do with a bit more functionality to allow admin tasks. Had the problem that after importing 200 tracking details it then asked us as part of the setup to create email alerts, when you do this it then says you need to upgrade to the premium service. That is fair enough but it then doesn't send the email alerts out to customers as you had imported the tracking details before upgrading. A bit stupid and no way to resend alerts. To make matters worse there is then no bulk way to delete tracking numbers, so that you can reimport them and the system will send out email alerts to customers. In the end we had to delete each one manually which took about 1hr. A hassle and waste of time but now seems to be working well.
