Yourgreatfinds review for AfterShip Order Tracking

I installed this app and was very unhappy with the way that features were presented. It looked to me that the SMS was not available at all with the free trial. I was very disappointed. I left a bad review so that this company would know that this was misleading. A couple of days later, I got an email from Anurag at Aftership. He went out of his way to make me happy including spending 1 1/2 hours in a meeting with me. He has very good knowledge and was very helpful. We got this app integrated with Klaviyo, Shipstation, Postscript and my Shopify store. He took the time to run tests to be sure that the integrations were all operational. I'm now shipping and watching to be sure that everything is working well including the SMS feature. Thank you Anurag for your amazing help!
