We have used this app for about 10 months and in the last 2 months we decided to go to the pay model for email and sms notifications. A couple positive changes: 1) The SMS notifications get directly to your customer and this really sets us apart from many of our competitors. 2) The SMS allows us to give last minute tips & reminders for customers to get a better experience out of our products 3) We have had alot of customers screen shot the SMS notifications (on delivery) to show their excitement that their package is en route. General Questions to ask if this is for you: -I started with more SMS notification points (on pickup/on delivery/on receipt) and I found the SMS optimal point was at delivery/on exception as it kept costs down but worked well with the email notifications as they could provide more in depth communication -Make sure you review all of your apps/ecommerce/shipping software to make sure customers are not getting too may emails so they do not have overload hit -I think it is a great practise to notify customers in the delivery receipt that you will follow-up with them with a quick review email in 1-2 weeks time. We did this and it increased our review frequency. This was an interesting result as the review frequency increased and more in depth and helpful feedback (positive and negative but mostly constructive) All and all, a great app, integrates well, easy to use, and I will say it is definitely unique and worth the money.
