Despite having some initial issues with this app as the wrong courier was automatically identified (e.g. DPD instead of DPD UK), after some excellent customer service from Riyaz at Aftership, the tracking is now working. This is a great service as it helps customers track their order at each stage of the process which will enable us to offer a great customer service. It's very easy to use. I would recommend this app - just make sure the correct couriers are used otherwise it won't track your orders.
