StoreQ ‑ Bulk Price Editor

I recently started using this bulk price editor and I'am loving it. Support is really good (no email but a real ticketing system) and they answer very quickly. Thanks Francesco! PS: This is the first time that I use this app, so I don't know how it was before, but the interface (the new one announced in the app) is very intuitive. I was able to use it without having to read a manual. Good work! :-)

Doesnt change prices for the entire catalog. Leaves few products out for no reason

Used StoreQ Bulk Price Editor for years. It keeps discount updates quick and easy with plenty of precise ways to select and filter the products you want to change. Support is outstanding. I ran into an issue after a Shopify update on Cyber Monday, and the team fixed it in under 15 minutes.

Edit: After I raised a ticket I got quick and efficient response and a solution on my problem. On the first view the app seems to fulfill all the needs you have for a good pricing strategy. Unfortunatly I was facing performance problems which resulted in that the service was not available at all for hours. This means a sceduled pricing update did not go live.

I usually don't write reviews, but this app is a must-have for sales promotions. With just one click, I can quickly adjust prices, whether for an increase or a discount. I can automate the period with start and end dates, allowing me to prepare optimally for future sales events. The app is especially recommended for businesses with a large number of items that want to optimize their processes. We use it for our sales, and prices can be easily reset to their original state after a promotion. Absolutely recommendable! I have been using the application for a short time and am extremely satisfied with the results, the user-friendly interface, and the regular updates. The customer support is excellent and addresses all concerns quickly and attentively.

I have been using the application for 5 years, I am really satisfied with its results, its easy use and its continuous updating. Support for any concerns or problems was resolved with agility and great attention. I recommend its use especially for stores with a large number of SKUs that want to optimize their times!

A price change has crashed which has only reverted around 50% of the products to the original pricing. Ahia are not responding to any form of contact leaving us with a loss on revenue.

Although I have not yet used it a ton, it has been fairly easy except for when i wanted to do a price change on only certain products within a vender.. it literally didn't show all the products, so instead i had to do the whole vender collection, then manually adjust those 5 products back.. time will tell if it is a good app.

I am extremely frustrated with this app, it only feels its very easy, you put your setting and it looks like its will do what its supposed to, but NO!! its has a mind of its own, I'm tired of it messing with my prices and having to go back and figure how to fix my prices one by one!

It worked fantastic! I had a monthly subscription for it ($14.99) But like I said, it WORKED fantastic. As in the app doesn't even function in my store anymore :( Sucks I'll be paying for it this upcoming billing cycle. I've tried using it several times now and it's still coming up with the "500 server error" the moment I try to open it. Will update if there's a resolution to this issue.

I use to like it but what it does does not justify the steep price. It just blows my mind that you would charge this month for something that realy should be built directly into shopify for free. Woocommerce can achieve this out of the box and it's free.

Been using this app for over a year now and even before when it was free. I found out an issue with the app where the app wasn't able to show all the products, I reported the issue and the developer was very quick with their response and solved the issue ASAP! Happy to be using such an app and supporting such awesome developers.

I have been using this app for almost 3 years now and for the most part have enjoyed all the benefits of the app. It is very easy to use and rarely have we had issues. It has some great options for setting your price changes on a timer. My biggest issue is the slow response from support. If there is a problem, I don't see any quick turn around in response time and there doesn't seem to be a phone number available to call for help. For a paid app, I would hope that there would be more communication available between you and your clients. Very frustrating when having to deal with deadlines and price changes need to be activated.
