From the logs, it appears that the price update was completed successfully with no errors. Additionally, we didn’t receive any message from you through our support channel, which offers priority assistance to paying users — but we're always happy to help, even for those on the free version. We’d really appreciate it if you could share more details about what led you to leave such a negative and vague comment (“Horrible”), so we can better understand the issue and provide real support, or improve if there was any misunderstanding. He tenido muy mala experiencia, una de sus funciones no responde, dejando mi sitio web con un descuento que quiero quitar, y no funciona la opción de revertir. Intenté contactarme a support más no he recibido respuesta.

A price change has crashed which has only reverted around 50% of the products to the original pricing. Ahia are not responding to any form of contact leaving us with a loss on revenue.

Hi, Unfortunately, your emails were caught in our spam folder and never reached us. We are very, very sorry about it but we could not answer in time for this reason. We had some technical issues with some services during your price change execution. We fixed them as soon as possible. I am extremely frustrated with this app, it only feels its very easy, you put your setting and it looks like its will do what its supposed to, but NO!! its has a mind of its own, I'm tired of it messing with my prices and having to go back and figure how to fix my prices one by one!

Hi, I am sorry for the late reply and the frustration the app caused on your store. We had some issues in the past, sometimes were related to our engine, sometimes not, because our app work with other services and some anomalies could happen. If you ever need the app again, feel free to get in touch with us. We improved it a lot, solved all the bugs and we are now proud to say that the service quality improved exponentially. Still, I am very sorry for the problems it caused you in the past.

It worked fantastic! I had a monthly subscription for it ($14.99) But like I said, it WORKED fantastic. As in the app doesn't even function in my store anymore :( Sucks I'll be paying for it this upcoming billing cycle. I've tried using it several times now and it's still coming up with the "500 server error" the moment I try to open it. Will update if there's a resolution to this issue.

Une super application qui était gratuite mais 15 $ / mois pour utiliser les fonctionnalités, j'ai 8 shops ça revient à 120 $ justes pour planifier le changement de ces prix le prix et trop élever...

Maybe this is a faster way of getting attention from you guys. I've sent in a support request on 4th August, and since then I have received no word on my issue. The problem we are facing is that the plugin does not revert prices after the end date. We've managed to replicate the issue consistently, so we're very sure it's something on AHIA's side that isn't doing what it's supposed to do. Please let us know how to proceed. Thanks.

Hi, unfortunately, this is not the way of getting attention from us. We had some serious issues with the outgoing email service for our tickets. This means that we answered but the mail wasn't delivered. It's our fault and we fixed it. We will investigate it as soon as possible and let you know in the ticket. Thanks.

Is there a way to revert the prices? It made multiple discounts for the same items. Uninstalled and everything remain the same. THIS APP IS TRASH. DO NOT INSTALL IT!!! HOW DO YOU FIX THIS AND WHY YOU DO NOT RESPOND MY EMALIS? Hi, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you're experiencing issues. As you probably saw during the app onboarding after setup, Ahia works like a colleague and manually changes prices for you. Also, I saw that you chose to create a one-way price change (there's a warning before you proceed). If you choose a one-way percentage price change you can't revert it, that's how math works. Also, I saw that you created three more price changes after the first one, but since the app was removed we can't process it. If you didn't already, please write to our customer service to check if it's possible to solve your issue, we will do everything we can.

This could have been a great app if it worked properly. The changes are not accurate and when you try to correct it doesnt show the original price , it shows the new (incorrect) discounted price . So you end up doing multiple price changes to get the prices right and end up looking like an idiot on your website as you are offering 25% discount but the incorrect price change shows a compared at price discount of much less. No response from support. Been trying to remove the app. How long does it take to go off?? Ive now run a new price change with no compare at , guess what? Compare at still visible . Guys come on please. We are running businesses here ! Im pulling my hair out with this app. Help please . Remove this app from my store Ive tried removing the app. No surprises ....its still there . Can somebody please do something about this people.

It doesn't work at all. No support - bugged link. You can't filter pricing changes because the drop down menu doesn't work to choose collections or tags. Waist of time. :(

Hi, I had some issues with the email provider I use. I changed it, but I lost a lot of days of emails. If you still need some help or I can be useful for something, let me know. The same email is now active with a different provider.
