MakeSquid review for FormCRM Contact Form Builder

After trying several form solutions, this is the one we’ve decided to stick with. It strikes a great balance between flexibility, reliability, and ease of use, and the support has been exceptional whenever we’ve had a question or needed a small customization. A few things that really stood out: 1. The setup process was smooth, and most of what we needed worked right out of the box without requiring complex configuration. 2. ⁠We noticed that after submitting and reloading the form, one conditional file upload field wasn’t resetting correctly because the checkbox state wasn’t being triggered. We reported it, and the team fixed it promptly. 3. ⁠The custom SMTP option is a huge plus. Being able to send emails from our own domain makes everything look more professional and has noticeably improved email deliverability. 4. ⁠It’s easy to match the forms with our store’s design. We used both the app’s Custom CSS feature and a few adjustments in our Shopify theme, giving us complete control over the appearance. We’re currently using the Premium plan, which offers far more functionality than we need today while leaving plenty of room to expand in the future. It’s a solid app backed by a responsive team that genuinely listens to feedback and resolves issues quickly. Definitely recommended.
