I spent a great deal of effort searching for an app that is backed by developers who care for their products and service in a way that promotes confidence in using their app long term. I wanted to look beyond the more popular choices to try to avoid the headaches of dealing with more commercialized offerings from companies who may not be as engaged in the work they do. Axilweb Limited has my confidence and I feel I am in good hands with their app for my needs. That's my advise for business owners looking for apps, find the developers who are very involved and invested for the love of the game, development and growth through hard work and honest offerings.

I was looking for an app to use for a page I was creating. After I installed the app, support reached out and offered to help. I told them what I needed and they made it happen! The customizations are great and I also like it that the interface is user friendly.

We use FormCRM for our corporate inquiry form on Shiny Craftshop and have been very happy with the result. We needed something more advanced than a basic contact form, including conditional fields, custom styling, different inquiry paths, email notifications and an automatic response to the customer. FormCRM gave us the flexibility to build exactly that while keeping the form visually consistent with our Shopify store. We had a few details to work through during the setup, particularly around our Zoho SMTP configuration, and the support team was responsive, patient and genuinely helpful in getting everything working correctly. The final result is a professional form that fits naturally into our corporate landing page and works well for our needs. It is also nice to see a smaller team actively supporting and improving their product. Happy to recommend FormCRM.

I tested several form builders before settling on Form CRM, and it's easily the most intuitive, customizable and user friendly of the lot. We did run into a small hiccup with one of our quote forms but I sent in a query and got an almost instant reply along with a fix that worked. The whole thing was sorted in minutes. Really glad we found this one.
