This app is very easy to set up and simple to use with a clean, intuitive interface. The customer support is exceptional - fast responses and clear, effective solutions whenever needed. Strong performance on both product and service. I asked for a feature related to Google Sheets, and they implemented it within 24 hours!! Kudos to the team. Highly recommended for any Shopify store.

This app is the best value for the price. It offers many useful features and much more submissions at a much lower cost than other apps. I do wish it had a few more features for my needs, but even so, it still allows a lot of customization. Many other apps cost more and still didn’t have everything I needed. What really stands out is the customer service; they respond almost immediately and are always ready to help. Overall, it’s a great deal with excellent support.

This app is so functional and it has fantastic flexibility. I reached out to support for help rearranging steps on a multi step form, and the team was super responsive and helpful. They ended up having to help me do some things to the form, and even went in and completed it for me. On a weekend. Their responsiveness is unheard of! Highly recommend this fantastic app and their unmatched customer service.

FormCRM has been a really solid addition to our Shopify setup. It gives us the flexibility to build custom forms for things like wholesale registration and other workflows without feeling limited. The team has been especially great to work with. They are helpful, responsive, and open to feedback, and it is clear they are actively working on adding new features over time. Great app with even better customer service! I thought I had an issue but this was very quickly and easily resolved. The app itself is really easy to use and has lots of features that are great for my business. The format looks great on my website and it's very easy to edit. Worth trying out!

I've already paid for this software, and it's saved B2B businesses from many problems. It would be great if there was a Chinese version; I hope the developers can add a Chinese option. Best wishes for continued success!
