I spent a great deal of effort searching for an app that is backed by developers who care for their products and service in a way that promotes confidence in using their app long term. I wanted to look beyond the more popular choices to try to avoid the headaches of dealing with more commercialized offerings from companies who may not be as engaged in the work they do. We use FormCRM for our corporate inquiry form on Shiny Craftshop and have been very happy with the result. We needed something more advanced than a basic contact form, including conditional fields, custom styling, different inquiry paths, email notifications and an automatic response to the customer. FormCRM gave us the flexibility to build exactly that while keeping the form visually consistent with our Shopify store. We had a few details to work through during the setup, particularly around our Zoho SMTP configuration, and the support team was responsive, patient and genuinely helpful in getting everything working correctly. The final result is a professional form that fits naturally into our corporate landing page and works well for our needs.
