OK I am revising my review, the problem was my fault as I tried to run it on over 4000 products at once. Ricky helped me out and reissued my credits and advised me not to overload the program so much (50-100 max at a time). It does exactly what it says it will do just be warned if you are making site wide changes on thousands of items it will take some time and to do them in small batches.

I've uninstalled this app- and I was still charged. I can't find a way to contact support. (As I no longer have the app installed, and I can't find any support emails) I was charged for your app (AI Product Copy) even though I already removed it from my Shopify store. Store: wild-willow-and-co.myshopify.com Uninstalled on: April 19th our email: [email protected] Please review the billing period for this charge. If it was applied after uninstall, please issue a refund.
