I've uninstalled this app- and I was still charged. I can't find a way to contact support. (As I no longer have the app installed, and I can't find any support emails) I was charged for your app (AI Product Copy) even though I already removed it from my Shopify store. Store: wild-willow-and-co.myshopify.com Uninstalled on: April 19th our email: [email protected] Please review the billing period for this charge. If it was applied after uninstall, please issue a refund.

Regarding your concern, since the app was uninstalled after the subscription started, Shopify automatically applied the charge in accordance with its standard billing system.
