It was very good. First, you actually get a human and not an AI driven loop that can only handle the most basic questions. Second, Kevin was a good communicator and understood my issues. I am pleased with the app to a large extent because it is well supported by capable people.

I was helped by Penelope to fix a SEO description for one of my collections. For some reason it thought my candles were something you eat, she showed me how to do it correctly to get the right description and even credited my account for the mix up

The App is working great! Its easy to use once i figured out what I was doing wrong. I was confused on how to find my bulk sessions. Tobias helped me figure out where they were and explained in detail on how exactly i over looked them! Tobias was Extremely polite and professional, did an amazing job!

I just installed this app, and I love it because it can create product descriptions in bulk. I am importing 20 products, and it can create them in less than 5 minutes. Penelope is helpful in entertaining my concerns.

Ottima app per creare descrizioni prodotto! Questa app è stata davvero utile per il mio negozio. Mi ha fatto risparmiare tantissimo tempo nella creazione delle descrizioni dei prodotti, generando testi di qualità in pochi secondi. L'interfaccia è intuitiva e facile da usare, e la funzione di generazione in blocco è perfetta quando devi lavorare su molti prodotti contemporaneamente. I testi generati sono ben scritti, coinvolgenti e ottimizzati per la SEO. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia migliorare le descrizioni dei propri prodotti senza passare ore a scriverle manualmente.
