Kevin was great in the support chat
Really great app! Saves you HOURS and helps your store write SEO descriptions that will elevate your store and bring in more customers.
Can quickly generate customized product descriptions, saving time
This app is a complete game changer for me. I added products faster than I had updated their descriptions, so the fact that I could it to bulk write those product descriptions is like heaven sent. I ran into one small hiccup, and within seconds Tobias from the support team reached out and took care of it in a matter of minutes. Great App, and even Greater support. It's so quick.
Very responsive and tentative. Great app!! Super quick & very useful.
I worked with Tiana and she and she was amazing. Tiana was exceptionally helpful and helped me navigate the app. She put me at ease and was very thorough. The application is awesome and works well. Thanks so much, SEO On and Tiana!
The Agent was very helpful with solving my problem. I'm so thankful for her help.
I now have amazing descriptions for all 1200 of my products saving me an amount of time I cannot even imagine. Ridiculous that this is free, fair play!
Thank you for your honest feedback, and sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the app not initially supporting UK English. Previously, the app supported general English, which we now realise wasn't sufficient for UK-based stores. Thanks to your suggestion, we've quickly added UK English as an output option in both the Quick Generator and Bulk Generator. Your input genuinely helped us improve faster. As the app is still relatively new, we're always open to feedback and greatly appreciate suggestions like yours to help us make the app better. We're truly glad you read our follow-up email and decided to give the app another try. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
This app has literally changed the way I work, saving me so much time and allowing me to focus on all aspects of my shop. The support is super fast and professional. I can't ask for more thanks guys!
This has been a life-saver for me, keeping me from having to switch to other sites to help me craft my descriptions. I'm not the best creative writer, and having this really helps my product descriptions shine. Thank you!
