AirPower sync for Airtable

I have used this app for 4+ years across different projects. I've also tried all the competitors in moments of frustration. In the last 12 months Airpower has come leaps and bounds and truly is an exceptionally powerful tool to leverage and enrich any kind of data to power your store. Support is on another time zone, but overall responsive. Rich, searchable FAQ and support documentation would vastly improve the support experience.
Excellent app backed by outstanding support. We run a furniture e-commerce with ~7,400 variants and use AirPower as the backbone of our Airtable PIM — two-way sync of products, prices, inventory and metafields, including market-specific pricing. Setup is flexible and it handles a catalog of our size without breaking a sweat. What really sets AirPower apart is the support. I reported two edge-case issues (batching of market price list updates and Incoming inventory not refreshing on transfers) — both were analyzed quickly and fixed by the engineering team within days of the report. Clear communication throughout, no canned answers. This is how app support should work. Highly recommended for anyone managing their Shopify catalog from Airtable.

My experience with Airpower goes back around 3-4 years. We have used Airpower to sync data to Airtable and until some of the recent changes via Shopify's updates, it has sync'd pretty smoothly. Antonia and Daniel are responsive and helpful and really do a good job. Keeping up with Shopify platform changes would be a bit frustrating so I'm glad they are doing it!
