My experience with Airpower goes back around 3-4 years. We have used Airpower to sync data to Airtable and until some of the recent changes via Shopify's updates, it has sync'd pretty smoothly. Antonia and Daniel are responsive and helpful and really do a good job. Keeping up with Shopify platform changes would be a bit frustrating so I'm glad they are doing it!

This app is a MUST HAVE for high SKU count stores. We manage about 500 SKUs and being able to sync the data to airtable for analysis, automations, and reporting is invaluable. I wouldn’t be able to run my store without it.

Very useful for maintaining an Airtable mirror of our Shopify product data. Highly responsive customer service. Variant images are not always added when new variants are added, requiring a manual update to add the images.
I run a sleeper sofa business and AirPower has helped me grow so much. I used to rely on expensive CRMs. With AirPower, I can just use Airtable as my CRM and move deals through my pipeline easily. It’s saved me a ton of money, simplified my workflow, and let me focus on actually growing my business. As someone who’s a bit of a techie but too busy to overbuild, AirPower has been the perfect fit. I really appreciate how much value it’s brought.

Airpower is an incredible tool, once you get the hang of it. We've got over 3000 SKU's, and roughly 100 metafields for our extensive product library that are all synced with our custom Airtable base. We started with the provided templates to get a handle on how it all works, but once we felt comfortable, we built it to suit our needs. If you're looking to do custom functionality, it does require a decent understanding of the Shopify API and how everything works.

This app was wonderful to use at the beginning, but has grown progressively buggy over the years with support offering little to no help. It is also not being updated to work with changes Shopify is making and is becoming increasingly obsolete as I need to modify about half my inventory data manually since there is no sync between Airtable and Shopify for those particular fields and when asked, I was told there were no plans to do so.
We're sorry to hear that your experience hasn't met your expectations — we truly value your feedback and would like to clarify a few points: - The last time you reached out to us was over four months ago. At that time, we were still working on the product category fields as part of the big API changes that Shopify was forcing all apps to go through. The product category fields are now live. - Regarding the inventory syncing issue, it was due to inventory tracking being disabled for certain products in your store. We provided guidance on enabling this feature and instructions on how AirPower can automatically activate inventory tracking for you. We sincerely regret that your recent impression of our service hasn't been positive. We intentionally roll out changes gradually because we support thousands of stores and manage tens of millions of item syncs weekly. Each update is thoroughly tested to ensure reliability and uninterrupted service for all of our customers.
Recent update broke it completely. 10 days back and forth with support and still not fixed. Generally works okay, but it's buggy.
Airpower has been a huge help in extracting data from Shopify and syncing it up with data from other parts of our business in Airtable. As a result, our business is running much more efficiently. And the support team is great!
Super Product and Super Service , the time I save each week with this product without any glitches .. The API just works 110% at all times Antonio & Daniel are fantastic to come back to support even on weekends !! Robert

Amazing app! It allows us create so much bespoke functionality via Airtable bases/automation/interfaces and replaces the need for a plethora of apps. We recently installed it on our second store after having so much success with it on our first. We've used for a number of years now to track detailed inventory for our print operation, and on our new store we use it to track commissions on profits and manage licenses - all of which syncs nicely back to Shopify. It basically brings the near infinite flexibility of Airtable to your Shopify store. We had a few teething problems when starting out and their support team was super-quick to respond with a resolution. It's really the cornerstone of managing our Shopify data - highly recommend.
Antonia and Daniel are amazing! They always go the extra mile to help out. Antonia even hopped on a call with me so quickly to resolve an issue we were having. You can really tell they care. I really cannot thank them enough. All app developers should be this responsive. In terms of the functionality of the app, it helps us operate our small shop tremendously.
Hey there! We used AirPower for a short period, but we found it to be so poorly optimized that it became a liability. Additionally, when we contacted customer support, the representative was extremely condescending, constantly talking over us and making our team feel foolish for asking basic questions. We wouldn't recommend using this app and using Relay once they come out with a Shopify integration.
We've been using airpower to sync our airtable to shopify for a few years now! It has honestly changed the game for our ecommerce company and we have been happy with the airpower features and services. We had some sync issues a few months ago (due to me changing some fields in airtable), and Antonia jumped on a call with me and helped us get back up and running quickly and helped optimize our syncs to work a little faster. Would definitely recommend airpower to other small ecommerce brands!
Extremely useful for power users with semi-decent understanding of relational data, excel, etc. Kind of pricy... but for the work I'm doing in AirTable, it's kind of worth it I think.
