AirPower sync for Airtable

AirPower is a great Shopify and Airtable integrator that makes it easy to sync your data between the two platforms. I've been using it for a few months now, and I've been really happy with it. One of the things I like best about AirPower is how easy it is to use. With the Expanded Template the setup process is simple and the interface is very intuitive. AirPower also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of what data you can sync. You can sync products, orders, customers, and even inventory levels. In addition to being easy to use and flexible, AirPower also has great support. I've had a few questions about how to use the app and Antonia has been very helpful. Overall, I'm very happy with AirPower. It's a great way to sync your Shopify and Airtable data, and the support team is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Airpower is by far the most useful & powerful Shopify App I've used and have benefitted enormously by leveraging it's functionality in 2 separate e-commerce businesses over the last few years. There are so many things I simply could or would not have done due to the amount of extra resources it would have taken without being able to rely on this sync between Airtable & Shopify. And they have great support too - thanks for talking me through the images sync Antonia!

Airtable-to-Shopify sync doesn't work, you just get a bunch of errors. Conventiently, none of their videos or help articles cover Airtable to Shopify inventory management. Support is also poor and nonexistent. They claim to help you get up set quickly, but their team is completely unesponsive.

Super impressed with this product and team. We have 4 shopify stores that we brought all together with Airpower and Airtable. This has been super helpful to get a grip on all of our data in one place and perform bulk operations. For instance, we just created synced 30+ collections with images and descriptions to our stores. The product works perfectly when setup. Antonia from the support team has been super helpful. She has jumped on calls with us, been responsive to support requests, and has helped us get everything stood up quickly. I recommend this product to anyone looking to bring multi-store management together. Airpower has been game changing for us

I've been working with Antonia since end of Dec 2021. She is a phenomenal individual!!!! She goes above and beyond and helps resolve ANY issue I have. She's available at almost any time and is genuinely one of the kindest people I've ever met. Thanks to her, I've been able to fix SO many things on my site. Pro's of using Airtable: (Other than the splendid customer service) - Change almost any aspect of your product information in bulk. If you're like me and you don't like to download and upload again, this would work. - Upload new inventory (EASILY) - it takes a bit getting used to but Antonia stayed on a call with me for well over 2 hours showing me every little thing and even running a test. It took me that long because my products are a bit more on the complicated side (or so I hear from just about every app CS team). - Run automatic sync updates - SO much easier than learning how to use Matrixify, Syncee, or any of the other apps. Don't get me wrong, they're all wonderful with great CS but this one was the easiest to figure out - you can even make copies of what you start with in case you screw up (which I did so many times) but it's easy to fix if you follow the directions. - They keep adding in new features which only makes the app even better. Con's - absolutely non as of yet. Everything I have an issue with is resolved or assisted with immediately. New product upload - Believe it or not - this app just saved me 3.5K - rather than outsourcing my million and one variant products, I was able to fix up my new product files and have it set to upload in just a couple hours. Obviously the 1K variant limit holds for any product upload - but if you are not in a time crunch and you're okay with having 1K variant uploads a day, then give this app a shot for new product uploads. If you have the patience to learn - this app will save your life with mass product updates, uploads, etc. Give it a try and see! :) True me, once you get the hang of it, you won't go back.

This app will make you feel like you have superpowers while running your store. I highly recommend it! We've got thousands of SKUs, a ridiculous number of variants, and so many different data points that need to be managed, edited, updated, etc. AirPower has helped take the sting out of managing them! We use ShipperHQ, another highly recommended app, and needed a way to apply settings through metatags without going product to product. AirPower fits the bill. We have been able to update a large number of products with the necessary information much faster than I imagined. Even taking the time to learn AirTable, we saved countless hours. Even though I would consider myself an Excel/Sheets wiz, there is a bit of a learning curve to AirTable in general. Antonia on AirPower's team has been EXTREMELY helpful! I've sent over questions so many times that I've offered free coffee gift cards as an apology, lol. The response is always quick and very helpful. They've got the heart of a teacher here, which is a big help when learning how all of this works.

Added customer tax settings quickly upon request. Syncs the majority of our data. My primary complaint is the data limitations in AirTable, AirPower has been reliable, time-saving, and responsive to support requests.

This app is the backbone of my e-commerce business. Airtable has become an amazing and incredibly powerful CRM for my Shopify store and this is only possible due to this app. The app is incredibly reliable, even when transferring a huge number of data points, and the support is very good.

AirPower has been a game changer for my business. Their customer support quickly (within days) helped us customize the tool and build custom solutions for our business. We've done away with the majority of manual Shopify / Airtable work we used to do. This includes, reporting, inventory sorting and more. We've saved countless hours of work time. Don't think twice. This tool and this team is the best I've ever worked with in the Shopify eco-system.

It's so much easier to use Airtable for complex tasks and manipulating data than Shopify. Depending on your skill level, this could be many apps in one and is an invaluable part of our workflow.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do and is flexible and stable. The setup can be a bit technical, but their support is thorough and fast, so it's never been a problem. Note that automatic syncing only goes one way - from Shopify to Airtable. Syncing back to Shopify has to be initiated manually. It would be an upgrade if this were some day solved, but even as it is, this app allows us a good workflow with managing our backend on Airtable. Again, stability and support are top notch!

Update 25.05: We are moving more and more of our store data over to Airtable. We have used airtable to keep track of all our collections, metafields, developments, customer feedback, and more. And Airpower is making it easy. Want to automatically keep track of your backorders? Make a filter for your orders in Airtable. Need to quickly find out which affiliate orders got canceled to dispute the commission? Make a filtered view for that too! If you combine it with a good tagging app, you can automate anything using this setup. And the install/trial process is probably the smoothest I have ever seen. You can safely install the app right away, and take your own time to set it up since YOU activate the trial yourself. Why isn't this the norm? It also works just as it's advertised, providing setups for syncing both ways, at your own terms. And mapping fields is a breeze too. We are currently using it to sync our entire product catalog with Airtable. Mainly to better manage our metafields and get all staff on board. But having all your products living in an airtable also provides you with much better options in terms of working with products in bulk. You can set up filtered views with only published products, only products without empty metafields, and so on. It allows you to work with your metadata on a whole new level. The customer service is also great, and the pricing is on point.

We absolutely love using AirPower to link all our product info to our Shopify Store! Best part is the customer service! Fast, reliable and super helpful!
