Ako Marketing Loyalty Retarget

I use this App for reels campaign. It's easy to launch a program in just a few clicks. The support team is great and responsive, they offered a 1-on-1 consulting session and provided me with many informative instructions on how to gain more sales and customers. I recommend it!

This app is good. It syncs the product collection to Facebook easily and I like the marketing funnel a lot. Customer support is helpful too. They even offer a consulting session to share their experience about running Facebook & google ads.

Unfortunately this app has declined dramatically in quality. I had it in 3 stores. Now is almost useless (I just keep it in one site and I’m planning to killing it in 2 weeks). Support is terrible, they never where able to fix the problems, answers where 3-4 days for a funny pointless email. if you install the app in a new store you will find that doesn’t work. Why pay such a high fee when you end doing 90% of your campaigns in ads manager?

I contacted the support team regarding my issue that not able to publish ads. Support team seen my message and not reply me.

Please!!!! somebody from this app reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need help! worst client service EVER. Please I need you to stop running adds. I have uninstall this app a long ago and campings are still running and charges keep going. Please HELPPPPP!!!!!

Works wonders. Great support and highly effective marketing tool. It took a little over a week to start seeing results. Highly recommended.

After setting up a campaign, based on the basic carousel style suggested by the app, Facebook disabled our ad account so now we can't run any ads through this app or directly through FB. I have reached out to FB with no response yet, approaching 24 hrs. Frustrating to say the least. Obviously, I cannot recommend this app.

Super easy to install! Too early to comment on the results as i just got the app, will come back later for that.

awesome app that makes my facebook ads easy as a dream! I really did not have a long background in ads before finding Ako's app but i made a ton of sales with both facebook and instagram ads by just using their service!

Just set it up and launched my first ad. Let's see how we do! Love the ease of use so far! Looking forward to learning more.

Great App just started using it but easy to load and use. Hopeful it will work well for us. Will report back in a couple of weeks with the results.

Easy set up for sure, we'll see if they are more effective than when I create my retargeting campaigns by myself.

Easy to setup. Now, to wait an see. If I am prompted for another rating after a few weeks, then I will update it. If it is not updated by October 1, 2018 then most of these reviews are just regarding setup and not completely useful.

This app is amazingly easy to use, so much easier than navigating facebook ads by myself! Up and running with my ads in less than 5 minutes.

Looks simple so far - lets hope it works!

This was easy to install and pretty intuitive after the included conference call answered all my questions. I can't say how effective it will be, but I've had a lot of difficulty trying to run my retargeting campaigns myself, so I'll be really excited if these are effective. It sure beats spending my limited time carefully managing my campaigns myself.

I hope to love this app trying it out. works well so far. a few issues im having i hope i can speak to someone one to fix.
