This app (Ako Loyalty Retargeting CRM) allows us to customize membership benefits and to enhance engagement based on consumer behavior and local market needs, providing a thoughtful service for brand owners. Good and prompt tech support as well.

The series connection system is intuitive and flexible 2. The cost is reasonable 3. If you have any questions, you can find someone, and the response speed is within 1-2 days. 4. The display will not affect the user's shopping experience, and it will indeed increase the conversion rate after actual use. We have recently started using the Ako Marketing Retargeting Ads app for a month and have been very satisfied so far. I want to especially thank Joanne from their customer service team for her tremendous help and support. As a new brand in the local market, we faced many challenges with logistics and marketing on the Shopify platform. Joanne was very empathetic and patient in addressing our difficulties. She thoroughly explained how to use the AKO system and features. There were some functionalities on AKO that we didn't know how to utilize fully. Joanne always assisted us with processing and communication. She also comprehensively helped us with setting up and resolving operational issues. I highly recommend this app and consulting Joanne if you need to leverage similar platforms and capabilities - she will undoubtedly be the best person to help you. I had an amazing experience with Ako's service. The staff was incredibly professional and their attitude was exceptional. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs and were always ready to assist. Especially Joanne's help. Not only explained the functions of the app twice for me in detail.When I was too busy to set up the membership system, she also kindly assisted me in sorting out the content settings of the membership system and helping me complete the initial settings.I am really grateful for her ability to let me can quickly start using the membership system and other functions.She was always there to help me with any issues I had after starting to use the app. After having the membership function, it has successfully attracted many old customers to come back to the website.I highly recommend their service for their outstanding professionalism and exceptional customer care.

I use this App for reels campaign. It's easy to launch a program in just a few clicks. The support team is great and responsive, they offered a 1-on-1 consulting session and provided me with many informative instructions on how to gain more sales and customers. I recommend it!

No customer service. They simply do not answer chat or emails even if it is urgent. No feed update, meaning the products advertised are old. Stay away!

In the page we provided, you can see that your products are live and updated from Shopify to Facebook on a daily basis. This app is good. It syncs the product collection to Facebook easily and I like the marketing funnel a lot. Customer support is helpful too. They even offer a consulting session to share their experience about running Facebook & google ads.

Unfortunately this app has declined dramatically in quality. I had it in 3 stores. Now is almost useless (I just keep it in one site and I’m planning to killing it in 2 weeks). Support is terrible, they never where able to fix the problems, answers where 3-4 days for a funny pointless email. if you install the app in a new store you will find that doesn’t work. Why pay such a high fee when you end doing 90% of your campaigns in ads manager?

Please!!!! somebody from this app reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need help! worst client service EVER. Please I need you to stop running adds. I have uninstall this app a long ago and campings are still running and charges keep going. Please HELPPPPP!!!!!
Thank you for your review. We're sorry for replying late. Your retargeting campaigns were running pretty great in the first few days! To keep the conversions going, you can create a traffic campaign for reaching more prospects at the same time! For the payment, if you reinstall the app, you'll select a new plan. However, the new Shopify application charge will replace the existing/previous one, so you won't be charged by the system twice during the same period. Works wonders. Great support and highly effective marketing tool. It took a little over a week to start seeing results. Highly recommended.
[Update] Good news! Your Facebook ad account has been reactivated by the Facebook team. Now you're able to manage your existing ads or create new retargeting campaigns in our app. Please let me know if you need any help from us! -- Thanks for your feedback. We have checked your account and noticed that your ad account was disabled by Facebook since there's a policy violation issue regarding your ad content from your products or website. However, sometimes the ad system may detect it incorrectly. We've contacted the Facebook team for your case and will keep you posted about the issue!

After setting up a campaign, based on the basic carousel style suggested by the app, Facebook disabled our ad account so now we can't run any ads through this app or directly through FB. I have reached out to FB with no response yet, approaching 24 hrs. Frustrating to say the least. Obviously, I cannot recommend this app.
