When the app first launched, I gave it a try, but it felt like it wasn't fully developed at the time. This time, after scheduling another meeting to hear the introduction and see the interface in action, I realized it now meets our current expectations! Special thanks to Joanne, who assisted us from start to finish. She was incredibly diligent and responsible in her responses. Not only did she handle everything related to the app, but she also recommended other useful apps to help streamline our processes. Joanne is the best customer service representative I've ever encountered!
