My online store is connected to the Zopi dropshipping app, but I'm unsure how the workflow operates, especially regarding shipping fees. Do I need to handle the shipping logistics myself and send the product on behalf of the customer, or will Zopi automate this for me? I tried to place a test order myself, but I found the platform very complicated. It doesn't clearly explain the steps to follow, and I couldn't figure out how to get the product delivered.
