I had the pleasure of working with Paula from customer service, and I am extremely impressed with the level of support she provided. After struggling with an issue for several days, Paula offered a suggestion that I had not previously considered, which ultimately resolved the problem. Since I upgraded im only having problems with the order fulfillment

So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! Most recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from the CS team, and as previously mentioned, could not do more to satisfy my needs and issues at hand.
