Over all the app is useful; However lately I noticed updates to order info and tracking is very slow. I seem to do better when I order directly instead of going through Zopi. I recommend checking your needs before using this app. If you are selling on TikTok for example. You should order directly to get quicker shipping information.

In some cases, tracking updates depend on when the supplier ships the order and when the shipping carrier synchronizes the latest tracking events, which may cause a delay compared to ordering directly from the marketplace. The app has potential, but there are several issues. The German translation is often poor and confusing, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the error messages are vague and unhelpful. Another downside is that the settings keep resetting themselves, which is very frustrating. I hope for improvements!
