I’ve been using Zopi since last year, and honestly, it used to be one of the best free dropshipping tools out there. You could actually import a decent amount of products, test new ideas, and build your store without hitting a wall every few minutes. But now? They’ve completely ruined it. They’ve limited the number of products you can add so badly it’s basically useless. Back then, you could import way more enough to test multiple niches and see what sells. Now, it’s like they’re purposely choking the free users just to force upgrades. The whole “credits” idea they added made everything worse. Instead of focusing on making the app better or giving more features, they decided to limit how many products you can add, so you hit a wall faster and have to pay. It’s super obvious all they care about now is getting more and more money out of users, not actually helping people start their dropshipping business. Zopi used to help small sellers grow. Now it just frustrates you until you give up or pay. I’m completely done using them, and honestly, I recommend everyone else do the same. There are way better options that don’t treat you like that. Try DSers, Eprolo, or Ali Orders they still let you import way more products for free and actually care about helping dropshippers grow. Zopi went from a great app to a greedy, limited mess. It’s sad to see how far they’ve fallen. Unless they bring back the old system where you could choose a plan based on the number of products you could add, they’re not worth anyone’s time.

Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

Actually, what you're referring to sounds like our Smart Supplier feature — designed to help sellers like you save time and maximize profit. When enabled, Smart Supplier automatically selects the best available supplier based on: - Faster shipping time - Higher reliability - Better profit margins (based on product + shipping cost) That said, it’s 100% optional. You can always select your own preferred supplier. To clarify, our internal review shows that only 5 out of your 850+ recent orders were fulfilled via Smart Supplier — and none of those resulted in complaints or refund requests. I loaded 40 to 50 products that were suggested as good sellers and so I went to it adding my products. I found out that I needed to contact each company about their return policies so I started removing products as there would be no way for me to contact all these suppliers that Zopi had said were safe to use. So I uninstalled the app 1 day after I had installed in and then four days later I was charged a full month's charge for the app. I am still trying to reach the Zopi Support for help with a refund!

hankala löytää tuotteita, näyttää vain muutaman vaihtoehdon mitä haki ja sen jälkeen tulee ihan asiaan kuulumattomia tuotteita näkyviin. Ei pysty hakemaan esimerkiksi aliexpress myyjäkaupan nimellä. Ei pysty määrittämään eu alueen toimittajia. ei pysty määrittämään hakuun näyttämään hintaa suoraan omaan maahan tuontiin. ei pääse käymään saman kauppiaan sivuilla etsimässä muita tuotteita. todella hankala ja jäykkä sovellus. hinnat kalliimpia kuin tilaisi suoraan itselleen. jos haluaa peruuttaa tilauksen ei rahoja palauteta vaan joudut/pääset käyttämään sovellusta siihen asti kun olet maksanut.

惜しい、使えない。 まず在庫連携しない、在庫なくなってるのに注文できてしまう。 注文の処理時にお客様の送付先も反映されない。 全部自分の住所に送られてくる。 全部手入力ですか? いずれ使えるアプリになりそうな予感はあるが、 現状は使えない。

So where do i start ....... Started off on the free plan as new to it all. first 3 products i listed were perfectly fine, shipped to the UK etc. Then suddenly it changed to US with no other dropdown option for anywhere else. Spent a good 1-2hours friday with someone. They went through it all & nothing could be found. I screenshot & sent to her as It wouldn't allow me to change any delivery. she said to keep as it is US but it will get delivered to the UK. I said what about the delivery charges & timescale which won't change. She suggest I upgrade my plan ... shock ... Eventually she said she'd pass it onto the development team to look at. So few days later i asked the question on the chat function. The lady has no idea about my problem as it's apparently not even been logged !! I was advised by shopify experts on a forum to avoid & this is why .....

because i canceling my yearly subscription the have my subscrition reduce and abd i have been limited to use this app, i paid for one year and i have one more month ´, but because i have canceling my subscription my accout hase been limited, before canceling my yearly subscrition i can import 250 items and after canceling i can not import the same number of items it hase been limited to 100 or 110. as an advice nobody should use and paid for this scam app. it should be -5 star

This app is terrible. What they don't tell you is that it doesn't work without the chrome extension, then you have to match the store email to the extension login for it to work. Then you have to wait countless hours for support which feels like a bot. In good faith, I bought the first month at 19.99 and within 15 minutes it wasn't going to function. I was then asked to wait 12 hours, then 24 hours and now it just doesn't work cause Ali Express had made changes. This has been a disaster and the worst part is support pointed to a url and told me I can't have a refund cause they don't do that. I think it's borderline criminal behavior and I will alert Shopify to these questionable terms.

even after you say there was a big update, its missing so much basic fucntionality making it unusable. 1. it is impossible to replace products without wiping out all of your product descriptions!!! this is madness, why dont you have a checkbox to not overite the description, do u think anyone can use this funtjon like this? 2. the graph on the homepage only shows revenue. this is 100% useless without also showing cost of product, how does anyone know the profit of their site? als you have this data, just add it. It is bizarre this app is launched while it works so badly.
