Ali Orders helped me import products way faster than doing it manualy. i like the one click import and pricing rules. sometimes product descriptions come messy and i had to clean them up. still saves a lot of time when building new collections.

Scarlet was able to help me with a complex problem. It was nice talking to a human as she was able to guide me through the process of correcting an order and making sure that it was shipped out. It was nice to be able to contact somebody who had so much knowledge of the process. I am sure I will call again sometime.

Incredible app for Shopify business owners. The userface is incredibly easy to use and has very useful features. The support from ZOPI is INCREDIBLE. I am beyond impressed by their ability to immediately solve issues. They are always very helpful and always completely understand what I am trying to solve, which results in my issue being resolved immediately. Highly recommend ZOPI to everyone.

Today I received one order and after placing the order customer requested to change the Color of the product. I have contacted in customer care and Ms. Ross assigned me for today and she helped me a lot by making the modification into the order and she explain me the whole process step by step and that's how i fulfilled my order today. By far the greatest app I’ve used for drop shipping. I recently needed help fulfilling orders, Paula from the support team was so helpful, she sound me another supplier that could fulfill my orders and mapped it to my shopify store. All the done in minutes. Thank you
