Peri Motorsports review for Zopi: AI AliExpress Dropship

Zero fulfillment, deceptive billing — cost me $861 in chargebacks Installed since October 2023. In all that time: zero products imported through the app, zero orders fulfilled. When orders #1004 ($784.70) and #1005 ($46.90) came in, Zopi declined fulfillment twice each: "Request rejected. Please complete your payment in the Zopi Order Center and try again." On #1004 they briefly accepted the request, then cancelled it themselves. Neither customer was ever served — I lost a $799.56 chargeback and a $61.90 chargeback. Two more orders (#1006, #1007) had fulfillment requested through Zopi and never completed; both are now being refunded. Billing: I approved $19.90/month ($238.80/year). The app's billing page showed a trial converting to $349.30/year — $110.50/year (about 46%) more than the advertised price. I was already charged $349.30 in December 2025. I consider this false advertising and fraudulent overcharging. App cancelled, formal complaint filed with Shopify.
